Fitness XR is operated by Fitness XR (Delaware, United States), which is responsible for the personal data processed when you use the service. You can reach us at support@fitnessxr-ae.com.
What we collect
Your mobile number and subscription details (operator, country, status and start date) that our billing partner shares when you sign in; your workout preferences, plans and completed exercises; and basic technical data such as device type, language and error logs. We do not collect your name, postal address or payment card details.
Why we use it
To give you the access your subscription includes, to save your plans and progress, to keep the service secure and to fix problems. We rely on the performance of our contract with you and on our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable service.
Where it is stored
Account and workout data is stored with our hosting and database providers under contracts that protect it. If your data is not synced to an account, it stays in your browser's storage on this device only.
Who we share it with
We share subscription identifiers with our billing partner and your mobile operator only as far as needed to confirm and manage your subscription. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your subscription is active and delete or anonymize it within 12 months after it ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to support@fitnessxr-ae.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
