The service
Fitness XR provides 3D and augmented-reality workout guidance, personalized training plans and fitness calculators. These terms are an agreement between you and Fitness XR.
Subscription and billing
Access requires an active subscription billed through your mobile operator. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the offer you accepted and on your My account page. Charges appear on your phone bill or are deducted from your prepaid balance.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from My account or through your mobile operator's self-service, for example by SMS keyword. Access continues until your operator confirms the cancellation.
Your health comes first
The workouts are general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or have been inactive. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Using AR safely
When you use augmented reality, clear enough space around you, keep away from stairs, furniture and other people, and never use it while walking in traffic.
Fair use
Use the service for your own personal, non-commercial training. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, share your sign-in link, or try to access other people's accounts.
Liability
We run the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for injuries caused by exercising without due care.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in. Questions: support@fitnessxr-ae.com.
